Our Church is looking for a man who seeks to love God with all his heart; a humble student of the Word and who walks in dependence on Christ. He must be a fluent Spanish speaker who accepts the Reformed Doctrine and is interested in pursuing ordination in the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America).  

He must seek to support the planting pastor, is willing to submit to the elders and be open to the possibility of planting a Hispanic daughter church in the future. Can legally live and work in the United States. (we are willing to help with this as much as we are able).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Lead Ministry to Youth ( 6 hr/week)

o Teach at Youth Group

o Meet/mentor/disciple students

o Outreach to youth.

·   Oversee Children’s Ministry (1hr/week)

·   Help with outreach (4hr/week)

o Including food distribution, social media, etc.

·   Oversee Sunday Morning Logistics (3 hours)

o (i.e. bulletins/power point/sound/music/av/hospitality/track attendance)

·   Preach occasionally (1hr/week)

·   Lead adult Bible Study (3hr/week)

·   Attend weekly staff meeting (1 hr)

·   Church Care (3hr/week)

o include communication with members, and following up with individuals to ensure ongoing engagement and church care

·   Help with a variety of duties as needed (3 hrs)

o Potentially help with fund raising for self or for church

COMPENSATION:

·   $24,000 per year ($2,000/month) 

o $12,000 from Unidos

o $12,000 from your fundraising <We will help you with this if needed>

·   Pay for Seminary if you have not yet attended. $3,000/year

·   Moving expenses up to $2,000 (negotiable depending on current location)
