Description

Firm Foundation Tutoring is looking to fill multiple positions for our summer enrichment program:

1. Summer Teacher in U City (5.5 weeks) OR South City (3.5 and 6.5 week options)

2. Summer Logistics Coordinator (6.5 weeks)

We show God’s love and commitment to children who come from situations and communities that experience extreme brokenness. We know that God cares deeply for these children and their families and has sent his body (the church) to show them how much he cares for them by giving the children academic assistance and fostering relationships. Our goals for our program include:

  • sharing the Gospel in word and deed
  • giving the children something constructive to do during the idle summer months
  • helping them retain some of what they learned over the school year/filling in any gaps of what they might have missed
  • exposing them to experiences and people they may never have the opportunity to do or know

Please look carefully at the available positions.
