Retail Sales Associate


Duties:

  1. Run sales in the storefront by engaging customers, helping them with purchases, ringing up sales, and keeping merchandise organized.
  2. Work with Retail Sales Manager to curate the storefront experience.
  3. Be willing and able to pick up additional shifts when needed.
  4. Staff pop up markets as needed which may include the following duties:
  5. Set up and/or take down tent, table, displays, merchandise and all items in booth.
  6. Run sales event by engaging customers, helping them with purchases, ringing up sales, and keeping merchandise organized during sale.
  7. Occasionally supervise and/or train volunteers to set up/take down/ run sales event.
  8. Pick up and/or deliver all items to Forai staff ensuring cleanliness and safety of all items as well as technology and cash box.

Salary: Hourly

Requirements

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent customer service skills.
  2. Sales experience; merchandising experience preferred.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to organize efficiently.
  4. Ability to multitask.
  5. Personable demeanor.
  6. Team player; desire to go above and beyond.
  7. Bonus: Marketing experience and/or expertise.


Part-Time: Primarily Saturdays and some weekday hours. 7-15 hours/week
