Overview
Hope Chapel is seeking a joyful, Gospel-centered leader who longs to see middle and high school students
know Jesus, love His Church, and live sent into the world.
This role is about more than running programs. It is about showing up in students’ lives, opening the
Scriptures with clarity and conviction, and helping cultivate a ministry where teenagers are formed by the
beauty and power of the Gospel.
You will partner closely with the Director of Student Ministries to build a Christ-centered, relational, and
outward-facing youth ministry. This position includes flexible scheduling, with regular evenings and occasional
weekends.
What You’ll Do
● Help shape and lead weekly gatherings centered on Scripture and worship
● Teach the Bible in ways that are faithful, compelling, and accessible
● Build meaningful relationships with students and their families
● Equip and encourage volunteers as partners in discipleship
● Help create environments (including an annual retreat) where students encounter Christ
● Invite students into the full life and mission of Hope Chapel

● Brings joy, warmth, and a healthy sense of humor
● Enjoys students, is approachable, and isn’t afraid to have fun
● Has a genuine passion for students and their spiritual formation
● Aligns with Hope Chapel’s vision and doctrine
● Has ministry experience
● Has an undergraduate degree
● Leads with humility, integrity, warmth, and team-mindedness
Compensation: $26k-30k annually
Start Date: September 2026
