Our Mission
Twin Oaks Christian School seeks to glorify God by nurturing spiritual development, academic

Position Summary:
We are seeking a warm, reliable, Christian Teacher’s Aide to support the lead teacher in a
Christ-centered preschool classroom. This role involves assisting with daily activities, nurturing
young students, and helping maintain a loving, structured learning environment. The ideal
candidate will model biblical values and contribute to the school’s mission of spiritual and
academic growth.
Essential Responsibilities:
● Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities, lessons, and transitions
● Engage students positively through play and hands-on learning
● Provide caring support with personal needs (snacks, handwashing, etc.)
● Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
● Model Christ-like character and support the school’s Christian mission
● Communicate effectively with the teacher and staff while maintaining confidentiality
Salary: Hourly
Requirements
Qualifications:
● Strong personal Christian faith and commitment to biblical values
● Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a love for young children
● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
● Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively
● High school diploma or equivalent
