Downtown Presbyterian Church seeks a a full-time, female Assistant Youth Director to contribute to the culture, planning, and executing of all facets of the Downtown Presbyterian Youth Ministry. Downtown Presbyterian Church (PCA) is a 15-year-old church in downtown Greenville with an average attendance of 900 people with a vision to see every avenue of downtown Greenville connected with the good news and loved well. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years ministry experience.
- Minimum Education level is a Bachelor’s Degree, Seminary Degree a plus.
- Leadership experience with history of impact on others.
- Established ability and commitment to relationship-building with Middle and High School students, youth volunteers and parents.
- Effective verbal and written communication with youth and parents.
- Demonstrable competence in evangelism, discipleship, and performing administrative tasks common to youth ministry.
- Willingness to embody the philosophy of ministry of Downtown Presbyterian Church.
- Excels in a collaborative environment and works cohesively in a team setting.
- Zeal for sharing the love of Jesus Christ and the gospel of grace through word and deed both with those within the church and those outside the church.
