Full-Time
Posted: May 1, 2026
Application Deadline: May 31, 2026
Description
The Youth Minister will lead and develop a vibrant, Christ-centered ministry for students in 6th through 12th grades. This role is centered on forming students in Christ through cultivating deep discipleship, orthodox Anglican theology, and quipping young people to live out and share the Gospel in their everyday lives. The Youth Minister will build meaningful relationships with students and families, create engaging and faithful ministry environments, and expand the reach of the youth ministry to include both churched and unchurched students across the Tallahassee community amongst public, private, and homeschool students. This position calls for a relational, spiritually mature leader who is both theologically grounded and missionally minded—someone who can faithfully teach Scripture, connect with today’s youth culture, and raise up the next generation of Christian leaders. The role is full time, with work weeks between 40 and 50 hours, including nights and weekends to best invest in bringing forth meaningful relationships and resulting discipleship amongst the students.
