Part-Time

Application Deadline: Jul 31, 2026
Description
We are a Christian family including three wonderful, energetic, loving boys, ages 12, 10, and 8. We are located in Chesterfield, off of Wild Horse Creek.
We are looking for a part-time nanny/homeschool helper for our three boys beginning anytime between now and the end of July. We hope this will be a long-term relationship as we have loved the former nannies we have had SO much and they have become a treasured part of our family!
Primary responsibilities include:
Caring for the three boys, completing homeschool curriculum as instructed and planned by the parents, active playing (they love all things outdoors/sports!), reading aloud, preparation of food for children as needed, driving in parent’s car to occasional activities, grace-filled discipline (with parental guidance)
Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and some Thursdays (about half the year, our kids attend a co-op). On co-op days, you could work shorter hours—after school only—or, if you prefer full-day hours, help as a mother’s helper while they’re in school. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, with some flexibility to be discussed once we find the right fit. You’ll enjoy guaranteed four-day weekends 🙂 If the right candidate prefers a four-day workweek, however, we may be able to accommodate that as well.
Compensation:
• Hourly rate of $23-25 depending on experience of nanny.
• Approximately 25-30 hours per week- this can be discussed based on needs of nanny
• 2 weeks paid leave annually, plus some paid holidays; plus 1 week (Christmas - New Years)
• Income guaranteed even if we as a family are out of town and nanny services are not needed on a specific day
• Annual raises
• Should you be interested and we think this is potentially a good fit, we would be happy to connect you with our current nanny (a current Covenant student) who can serve as a reference for us!
