General Job Description for an Assistant/Associate Pastor
We are looking for an Assistant/Associate Pastor with a heart for discipleship and evangelism. Our desire is that this man would be ordained or ordainable in the Gulf Coast Presbytery of the PCA to serve as an Assistant/Associate Pastor. We have only a few young families, but we are seeking, by the grace of God, to see this demographic of our church grow—to reach the next generation—to be faithful to the Scriptures. We are searching and praying for a married person, who has the heart and gifts for reaching and ministering to young families. This person would be evangelistic, discipleship oriented, who loves teaching the Word of God and presenting Christ to people.
