Description
The Career Development Coordinator will play a key role in expanding and enhancing the university’s employer engagement initiatives. This position directly supports the goal of growing our active employer network while strengthening relationships with existing partners through intentional outreach, appreciation initiatives, and high-impact events.
Essential Responsibilities
Build and sustain strategic relationship with new and existing employer partners through consistent monthly outreach, tailored communication, and ongoing support to enhance engagement and recruitment opportunities.
Plan, coordinator, and execute large-scale events such as Career and Internship Fairs, as well as additional employer-facing and career development programs.
Support individualized career coaching appointments to students and alumni, including resume and cover letter reviews, job and internship search strategics, interview preparation, and professional development guidance.
Maintain and regularly update employer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and organization, while generating reports and analyzing data to track engagement, identify trends, and inform outreach strategies.

Requirements
Minimum Education/Experience
High school diploma and 2 years of office experience
Preferred Education Exeperience
Bachelors degree and 2 years working in Advising, Human Resources or Higher Education
