- Demonstrates a mature, personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Pastoral Responsibilities
- Provide clear, Christ‑centered preaching
- Lead worship services with reverence and theological depth
- Offer pastoral care, including counseling, hospital visits, and ministry to shut‑ins
- Equip and encourage the congregation for discipleship and service
- Provide leadership to staff, elders, and ministry teams
- Engage the community with humility, compassion, and Gospel conviction
