Lifesong Church is a non-denominational church located in Sutton, Massachusetts, serving the Metro Worcester area. The church's vision is to help people Know God, Live in Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Deliver Hope, while pursuing its goal of reaching 2% of the Metro Worcester population with the gospel.

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with Executive Leadership to shape vision and strategy for Lifesong’s assimilation and small groups ministries.

• Oversee Lifesong’s assimilation efforts, facilitated through a two to four step process, to help individuals learn more about Lifesong, become part of the church community, and get involved on a team (Dream Team).

• Directly lead the development, execution, engagement, and expansion of Small Groups for the purposes of community, care, and spiritual formation of the church body.

• Oversee the Care ministries in collaboration with the Care Pastor.

• Oversee the Impressions ministry in collaboration with the Impressions Director.

• Build and manage the Adult Ministries budget and ensure its proper stewardship.

• Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement of ministry to, and activation of, the body of Christ.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience building and leading teams

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Pastor or Director role

• Ability to think strategically and creatively

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong project management skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
