Catering Saint Louis Events is looking to fill multiple part time positions on their Events Team. Experience a fun, friendly and unique work environment with a part-time job as an Event Team Member. Students, stay-at-home parents, nurses, teachers, people with the normal 9-5 routine, or anyone just looking for a fun position in the service industry are encouraged to apply!

Compensation: $16 an hour

Requirements & Responsibilities:

No serving experience required - we will provide paid training

Must be at least 18 years of age

Reliable transportation

The ability to receive schedule information electronically

Customer service oriented personality

Honest work ethic

Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast paced, event driven environment

Excellent verbal communication skills

Self motivated

Capable to stand long hours

Ability to follow directives

Flexible Schedule

Minimum availability - 2 weekend shifts per month (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday)

Work cooperatively with Event Planner, Event Captain and other team members

Assist with setting up venue

Properly set tables

Pass hors d'oeuvres and wine

Serve food and beverages according to standards

Ensure guest needs are fulfilled by being attentive and remaining on the floor

Support bartenders, kitchen staff and runners as needed

Provide excellent customer service

Clear tables properly according to standards

Assist with break down of venue

Demonstrate a positive and professional image

Dependable - come to work on-time

Perform all duties in a safe and careful manner
