Description
Our morning (7:30 – 8:30 a.m.) and afternoon (1:00 – 5:30 p.m.) Extended Day Programs Staff care for SCCS students arriving early or staying after school for After Care and/or Late Care. This position begins with the first day of school in August and continues through the end of the school year in May. The flexibility of our childcare staff schedule allows for multiple staff working anywhere from two days per week to five days per week (M-F), based upon personal and school schedules.

Requirements
Applicants should enjoy working with preschool and elementary age children, have a knowledge of early childhood development and have experience caring for children in a work or volunteer setting (i.e., babysitting, church nursery, child care center, etc.). Applicants must be eighteen years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a comprehensive background check. CPR and First Aid certification are required (training is provided by the school during staff training week in August– date TBD).
