Description
This ordained position provides pastoral care and spiritual support to visitors and members and helps integrate them into the life and community of Fremont. The position gives compassionate leadership to the overall planning, development, pastoral oversight, evaluation, and mission advancement of ministries that meet the congregation's spiritual and physical needs. This position also facilitates teams that lead the Congregational Life ministries of Hospitality, Assimilation, Member Care, Prayer, Health, and Seniors.
Salary: $60K-$89K

• Humility to take direction, receive input, and submit to the leadership and vision of the Pastor/Head of Staff and the Fremont Session
• Hunger to develop new and creative ways to inspire and motivate members and friends of the church, and the passion and energy to sustain a vibrant ministry
• A heart to reach non-believers, with gifts and a calling to shepherd and care for believers
• An outstanding communicator who faithfully and imaginatively takes Biblical truth and provides application in both congregational and individual contexts
• Demonstrated success in regularly welcoming and connecting people strategically and successfully into the life of a local church
• Organized and self-motivated multi-tasker
• An effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience in developing, equipping, and supporting volunteer ministry teams to accomplish projects and goals with excellence
