Description
The role of the Event Lead & Assistant at Wildflowers is to deliver, set up, and flip the venue where our customers are having their events.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that arrangements are properly watered and transported to prevent wilting and damage.
- Ensure that all items ordered are delivered to the location on time.
- Weddings: Deliver personal florals to the wedding party prior to their event.
- Pin boutonnieres on the groom and wedding party.
- Set event.
- Bring carts and empty boxes to the studio.
- Confirm with facility staff - strike time and other details pertaining to the event.
- Build good relation with vendors and staff
Salary: Hourly
Requirements
-We are looking for help (almost) every Saturday from now- mid December.
-Must be able to drive
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for many hours.
-When signing up for events you should be available roughly from 11am - 7 pm unless otherwise communicated the times you are not available.
