The Details: Receive direct mentorship in the field of kids ministry while fulfilling field education credit hours. Program hours will be Sundays from 4-6:30 pm and Tuesdays from 9:30-11 (flexible if you have class at that time) with three to four flexible hours for administration.
Redemption Community Church Mission: Redemption Community Church is a church plant that launched in January of 2020. It mission is to help the people of Kirkwood and the surrounding areas meet, know and live for Jesus. We are a member of the Converge network of church planters. Compensation: This is a volunteer position with the added perks of occasional gift cards and a $200 per month stipend.

Requirements
No previous experience is required. We are looking for a seminary student interested in learning the field of kids ministry in the context of a church plant.
