Description
Eden Presbyterian Church of Oregon seeks a Children’s Ministry Pastor to shepherd its youngest members towards greater maturity in Christ. We are a Korean-American church affiliated with the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), which is a denomination that strives to remain faithful to God’s Word, true to the reformed faith, and obedient to the Great Commission.
Salary: $30K-$59K
Requirements
A. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Background in Christian Education
· Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
· General agreement with the reformed faith
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Lead our Children’s Ministry Worship Service every Sunday
· Share a short Bible lesson for our children every Sunday
· Lead our weekly children’s discipleship program (AWANA)
· Organize our annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) program
C. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
· Resume
· Cover Letter introducing yourself
· 2 Video Recordings of Bible lessons or sermons you prepared for children
· 2 Reference Letters: (1) your current pastor and (2) any leader from your church
D. COMPENSATION
· Based on prior ministry experience and educational background
· A relocation fee may be provided if moving from a different state
· Salary, housing allowance, and benefits are negotiable
