Maryland Walk is a premier high-rise condominium building in downtown Clayton. We are seeking an exceptional individual to help us serve the needs of our 100 wonderful homeowners on Monday’s, Tuesday's, and Thursday’s from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, homeowners, prospective buyers and service providers.
- Maintains strict adherence to key control policy, requiring that all visitors needing a key be authorized to enter the unit.
- Monitors cameras and reports any activity that threatens the safety and security of homeowners and staff.
- Assists homeowners with a multitude of services, including but not limited to; Accepting packages, submitting maintenance work order requests and amenity reservations.
- Answering association main phone and managing the calls.
Job Type: Part-time, Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Thursday’s from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (subject to change at the start of a new semester). Two other students cover the remaining 2-10PM shifts during the week and at the start of a new semester you will have the opportunity to set your work schedule based on your classes. The ideal candidate is willing to cover other shifts as needed.
