Maryland Walk is a premier high-rise condominium building in downtown Clayton, MO. We are seeking an exceptional individual to help us serve the needs of our 100 wonderful homeowners two days per week on either Saturdays & Sundays from 2PM-10PM OR Thursdays & Saturdays from 2PM-10PM. This is a wonderful job for students that allows you to work on your studies during down time.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, homeowners, prospective buyers and service providers.
- Maintains strict adherence to key control policy, requiring that all visitors needing a key be authorized to enter the unit.
- Monitors cameras and reports any activity that threatens the safety and security of homeowners and staff.
- Assists homeowners with a multitude of services, including but not limited to; Accepting packages, submitting maintenance work order requests and amenity reservations.
- Answering association main phone and managing the calls.
Job Type: Part-time, Two days per week on either Saturdays & Sundays from 2PM-10PM OR Thursdays & Saturdays from 2PM-10PM. Additional shifts can be picked up when available.
Pay: Hourly, based on experience + Holiday Gratuity
